Terms and conditions

These terms are between MOTAKE MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS (“Motake”), a proprietary concern of Smt. Vinayashri Akash Patil, and the shop that buys dairy products from us.

1. What we supply

We manufacture and sell pasteurised milk, cream, butter, cheese, curd, ghee, khoya, other dairy products and dairy-based sweetmeats to shops on our routes. Availability and price depend on the route and the day’s stock. This website does not take online orders from the public.

2. Prices and tax

Prices are set per route and are exclusive of GST unless stated. Applicable GST is added on the bill. The bill is the tax invoice or bill of supply.

3. Orders and delivery

A salesman or our office records the order. Delivery is made on the route from our unit at Jambhali, Kolhapur. Short stock may refuse the whole basket rather than a partial bill.

4. Payment and running balance

Payment is cash, bank transfer, or UPI collected by our staff. Money is applied to the shop’s running balance with Motake, not to a chosen old bill. An overpayment may be held as advance. Refund of advance is made only by our office.

5. Returns and notes

Damaged or returned goods, and corrections to billed amounts, are handled by credit or debit notes as GST rules allow.

6. WhatsApp notices

We may send the bill, receipt, and account updates to the shop’s WhatsApp number. Those messages are transactional.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolhapur have jurisdiction.
