1. Whose information we handle

We manufacture and supply dairy products to shops. We process contact and billing data of shop operators and staff who buy from us. This website itself does not collect account logins.

2. Information we process

• Shop name, route, address, and phone number
• GSTIN where the shop is registered
• Order, bill, payment, refund, and running-balance records
• WhatsApp delivery status for bills, receipts, and account messages

3. Why we process it

• To take orders, manufacture and deliver dairy products, and raise GST invoices
• To record payments and keep the shop’s running balance
• To send transactional WhatsApp messages (bill, receipt, notes, cancellation)
• To meet tax and accounting law

We do not sell personal information. We do not use WhatsApp for unrelated marketing from this integration.

4. WhatsApp

Transactional messages go to the mobile number given for that shop, through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. Message content may include bill totals, balances, and a PDF of the tax invoice or note. Meta processes those messages under its own terms.

5. Sharing

We share data with tax authorities where required, with payment banks or UPI providers when you pay us outside the app, and with infrastructure vendors that host our systems (including Meta for WhatsApp).

6. Retention

Billing and GST records are kept for the period required by Indian tax law, then deleted or archived according to that law.

7. Your choices

Shop contacts may ask to correct a phone number or address by calling or emailing us. Stopping WhatsApp on a number may mean we send the same papers by another channel the shop agrees to.
